LumiSync Privacy Policy

LumiSync ("the app") values your privacy. This policy explains what information the app processes and what data third-party services may collect. It applies to LumiSync on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).

2. Information Stored on Your Device
LumiSync does not operate its own account server. The information below is stored on your device for app functionality, and there is no sign-up or login.
- Usual bedtime and wake time, sleep style, and age group
- Trip details such as origin, destination, dates, and times
- App settings such as notification preferences and melatonin usage
This data can be removed via Settings → Reset all data, or by uninstalling the app.
3. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob (advertising)
We use Google AdMob to serve rewarded ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location based on IP address, and ad-interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See the Google Privacy Policy.
On iOS, before any personalized advertising the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Only if you allow tracking may the advertising identifier (IDFA) be used to personalize ads. If you decline, the app falls back to non-personalized ads and does not use the IDFA for cross-app tracking. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, personalization follows your advertising ID and ad settings, which you can reset or limit in your device settings.
RevenueCat and app-store billing
We use RevenueCat together with the platform's billing system to process and restore in-app purchases. On iOS, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit); on Android, payments are processed by Google Play Billing. RevenueCat acts as the purchase processor that verifies and restores purchases. Purchase history, purchase/entitlement status, anonymous user identifiers, and device/platform information may be processed for verification and restoration. 4. Notifications
The app uses local device notifications for light, sleep, and meal reminders. It does not collect remote push tokens or send them to a L CUBE YOO server.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
LumiSync does not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Children
This app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
- You can delete local app data via Settings → Reset all data.
- On iOS you can change your tracking choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
- You can manage or cancel purchases in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

LumiSync(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 제3자 서비스가 어떤 데이터를 처리할 수 있는지 설명합니다. 본 방침은 Android(Google Play)와 iOS(Apple App Store) 버전의 LumiSync에 모두 적용됩니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
LumiSync는 자체 계정 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 아래 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 사용자 기기에 저장되며, 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다.
- 평소 취침 및 기상 시각, 수면 유형, 연령대
- 출발지, 도착지, 날짜, 시간 등 여행 정보
- 알림 설정, 멜라토닌 사용 여부 등 앱 설정
이 데이터는 앱의 Settings → Reset all data 기능 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 제거할 수 있습니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
Google AdMob (광고)
보상형 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공, 측정, 부정 사용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 기반 대략적 위치, 광고 상호작용 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
iOS에서는 맞춤 광고 제공 전에 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency, ATT) 동의 창을 먼저 표시합니다. 추적을 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용해 광고를 맞춤화할 수 있으며, 거부한 경우 앱은 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고로 대체되고 IDFA를 앱 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 이 선택은 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 제한할 수 있는 광고 ID와 광고 설정에 따라 맞춤화가 이루어집니다.
RevenueCat 및 앱스토어 결제
인앱 구매 처리와 복원을 위해 RevenueCat과 각 플랫폼의 결제 시스템을 함께 사용합니다. iOS에서는 Apple의 App Store(StoreKit)가, Android에서는 Google Play 결제가 결제를 처리하며, RevenueCat은 구매 검증 및 복원을 담당하는 구매 처리자 역할을 합니다. 구매 내역, 구매/이용 권한 상태, 익명 사용자 식별자, 기기 및 플랫폼 정보가 결제 검증과 복원 목적으로 처리될 수 있습니다. 결제 수단 정보는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 앱은 접근하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 RevenueCat 개인정보처리방침, Apple 개인정보처리방침, Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
4. 알림
앱은 빛, 수면, 식사 시간 안내를 위해 기기 내 로컬 알림만 사용합니다. 원격 푸시 토큰을 수집하거나 L CUBE YOO 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 판매 금지
LumiSync는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
6. 아동
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 사용자 권리
- 앱의 Settings → Reset all data 기능으로 로컬 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- iOS에서는 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 추적 선택을 변경할 수 있으며, Android에서는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
