How does LumiSync build my plan?
LumiSync uses your usual sleep schedule and your trip details (origin, destination, and dates) to estimate how your body clock needs to shift. Based on circadian science, it schedules when to seek and avoid light — the strongest signal for resetting your internal clock — along with supporting sleep and meal timing so you adjust in the right direction.
Where is my data stored? How do I delete it?
Your data stays on your device. LumiSync has no account and no server, so your sleep schedule and trips are never uploaded to us. To remove everything, open Settings → Reset all data in the app, or simply uninstall it.
How do premium unlock and "restore purchases" work?
Premium is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock, processed by the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android, with RevenueCat verifying your purchase. If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device using the same store account, use Restore purchases in the app to recover your purchase at no extra charge. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The first trip is free — how does unlocking more work?
Your first trip plan is free. After that, you can unlock a trip by watching a rewarded ad, or unlock everything with premium (annual subscription or lifetime purchase). On iOS, personalized ads depend on the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, you still see non-personalized ads.
Why aren't my notifications firing?
LumiSync uses local device notifications for light, sleep, and meal reminders. If they don't appear, make sure notifications are enabled for LumiSync in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications; Android: App info → Notifications), and that Focus/Do Not Disturb or battery optimization isn't silencing them.
Does LumiSync work offline?
Yes. Because your plan is calculated on your device, LumiSync works without an internet connection. A connection is only needed to load ads or process a purchase.

LumiSync는 어떻게 계획을 만드나요?
LumiSync는 평소 수면 패턴과 여행 정보(출발지, 도착지, 날짜)를 바탕으로 생체 시계가 얼마나 이동해야 하는지 계산합니다. 생체 리듬 과학에 근거해, 내부 시계를 재설정하는 가장 강력한 신호인 빛을 언제 쬐고 언제 피해야 하는지를 수면·식사 시간과 함께 안내하여 올바른 방향으로 적응하도록 돕습니다.
데이터는 어디에 저장되나요? 어떻게 삭제하나요?
데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. LumiSync는 계정과 서버가 없어 수면 정보나 여행 정보가 저희 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 모두 삭제하려면 앱의 설정 → 모든 데이터 초기화를 실행하거나 앱을 삭제하시면 됩니다.
프리미엄 잠금 해제와 "구매 복원"은 어떻게 작동하나요?
프리미엄은 연간 구독 또는 일회성 평생 이용권으로 제공되며, iOS의 Apple App Store 또는 Android의 Google Play가 결제를 처리하고 RevenueCat이 구매를 검증합니다. 앱을 다시 설치하거나 동일한 스토어 계정으로 새 기기를 사용할 경우, 앱의 구매 복원(Restore purchases) 기능으로 추가 비용 없이 구매 내역을 복원할 수 있습니다. 구독은 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 설정에서 언제든지 관리하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.
첫 여행은 무료라는데, 추가 잠금 해제는 어떻게 하나요?
첫 여행 계획은 무료입니다. 이후에는 보상형 광고를 시청하여 여행을 잠금 해제하거나, 프리미엄(연간 구독 또는 평생 이용권)으로 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 맞춤 광고 여부가 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의에 따라 달라지며, 거부하더라도 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다.
알림이 오지 않아요.
LumiSync는 빛, 수면, 식사 안내를 위해 기기 내 로컬 알림을 사용합니다. 알림이 표시되지 않으면 기기 설정에서 LumiSync의 알림이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요(iOS: 설정 → 알림, Android: 앱 정보 → 알림). 또한 집중 모드/방해 금지 모드나 배터리 최적화가 알림을 차단하고 있지 않은지 확인하세요.
오프라인에서도 사용할 수 있나요?
네. 계획이 기기에서 계산되므로 LumiSync는 인터넷 연결 없이도 작동합니다. 연결은 광고를 불러오거나 구매를 처리할 때만 필요합니다.
